DAB radio sets come in a variety of ranges. The most popular has been the vintage styled radio sets that offer no other music options. They frequently come with the ability to set an alarm, but the music is restricted to DAB radio only.

However, if you’re after a larger choice of music electrics with DAB as part of it only, then there are other options. All the big names are now offering stackable or complete sets of CD, tape and DAB radio to be purchased. Don’t worry though, if you’re not yet covered you can still purchase a DAB radio as they currently all offer the FM alternative just to make sure.

If you want the high end choices of DAB mixed sets, you can acquire a vintage style, in varying colours, but the bigger the set and the choice of colour, the more expensive the set is likely to be. As DAB is still relatively new, you must be prepared to pay slightly higher than for an FM transmitter at this point.
